Notify the Salesperson By Email
Whenever the customer open the quotation
When the customer open the quotation, the salesperson got an email as notification that the quotation has been opened.

Whenever the customer sign the quotation
When the customer sign the quotation, the salesperson got an email as notification that the quotation has been opened and signed.

From the Sale Order view you can choose the template of the email that will be used as notification

Integrated in one report
When the customer sign the quotation, all the information (signature, signer, signature date) will be added to th sale order report that the salesperson print
The customer also will print a Sale Order report with all this information
