User Support
This module is used for writing support requests.
User can request for support, after requesting user get an email for confirmation.
User can see all support requests, which are created by him/her, also user can remove or check status of support.
User can search for support request by support ID,also user can remove and check status of request from here. User is not allowed to see requests of someone else.
Kanban view of support, here support requests are grouped by support stages.
Support manager can read, modify and assign support request to it's team member.Team member gets an email when manager assigns him/her support. Team member can read request but can't modify.
User gets print it's support request.
If user have "support configuration" rights then they can read and write all support requests.
Access rights of support.
support configure has all rights of support, support stages, support category and support tags.
support manager can read and modify all the support requests assigned to him.
support member can only read all the support requests assigned to him
