Edit the file us_navbar_branding_logo/static/src/webclient/navbar/navbar.xml for change setting
For standard theme inherit template must be a "web.NavBar.AppsMenu"

<t t-inherit="web.NavBar.AppsMenu" t-inherit-mode="extension" owl="1"></t>

For other theme as a sample:

<t t-inherit=\"web.NavBar" t-inherit-mode="extension" owl="1"></t> 

If you see white page, don't worry. Change t-inherit value and reload page.
Use the search by code to find the template you need.
If this tips don't work - comment all inherit section. Everything will return to its original state.
