Save your current configuration as a custom template. Duplicate, rename, export JSON, or import templates across databases.
Active template is highlighted. Click Apply and refresh the browser to see changes instantly.

Quick Start Guide
Get branded in under 5 minutes
1. Install
Purchase and install Brand Theme Settings from Odoo Apps. No separate license key is required.
2. Open settings
Go to Settings â Administration â System Style Settings. (Odoo 17 Community or Enterprise.)
3. Apply a template
Click Open Template Libraryâ¦, choose a built-in preset (e.g. Classic Blue), then click Apply on the card.
4. Refresh the browser
Press Ctrl+F5 (hard refresh) on the backend and open the login page in a private window to see the new look.
5. Fine-tune (optional)
- Use Live Preview at the top of the settings page while editing colors and login options
- Upload a login background image or set brand colors â changes apply to login and backend
- Save as Template to store your configuration for reuse
- When
auth_passkeyis installed, toggle passkey sign-in on the login page
6. Export / import
Export templates as JSON (single or all) and import them on another database. Managers can also use the deployment ZIP scripts for DevOps.
Tips
- Styles Manager group is required to apply templates and change system style
- If colors look unchanged, clear browser cache or try an incognito window
- Multi-company: templates can be global or company-specific
