I purchased the theme for Odoo 19 on 01.11.2025, but I still haven’t been able to start using it. I am using Odoo.sh and want to upgrade my system from Odoo 18 to Odoo 19; however, I have been unable to proceed due to the instability of this theme. This is not just my own assessment — during direct discussions with Odoo, they explicitly informed me that the theme is not compatible with version 19.

As a result, I have been unable to update my system for approximately five months. We have tried contacting them multiple times via email, but they clearly stated that they do not provide support for upgrades. Whenever they claimed the issue had been resolved, we encountered a different error afterward. Honestly, their support system has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

Thank you for your review.

We have carefully reviewed your case and the communication history on our support platform, and we would like to clarify a few important points for transparency.

Our team responded to all of your queries in less then 18 hours.

On December 10, after receiving access to your Odoo.sh instance, our team investigated the issue and provided a detailed response shortly afterward, identifying the exact views responsible for the error. These views were not part of the Theme Prime module. Even though the issue did not originate from our theme, our team still analyzed the problem and guided you to the root cause to help you move forward without delays.

Again, on December 22, you reported another migration issue. Our team investigated and responded within 3 hours, providing the specific view record causing the problem. Again this issue was also coming due to the view which is not part of Theme Prime source code. Despite this, we continued assisting to help you identify and resolve the blocking factors.

Theme Prime includes built-in migration scripts designed to support smooth upgrades, and we have successfully migrated multiple projects to Odoo 19, including migrations from Odoo 17, without theme-related issues.

In our experience, migration errors typically occur when:
1. Third-party modules are not fully migrated to the target version, or
2. previously customized Odoo views conflict during the upgrade process.

Regarding the statement that the theme is not compatible with Odoo 19, we would appreciate being included in such discussions for clarity. I'm sure the odoo support team who investigated the issue has disabled the view manually: theme_prime.product_tabs, which is causing the issue.

Is your Customer Order Portal Screen the same as Odoos. If it is more similar to say an Amazon Customer past Orders page then please send me some screen shots of those pages.

Yes, the Customer Order Portal screen is the same as the default Odoo portal. We have not done any customization from our theme for that part, as we want to ensure the theme remains lightweight and aligned with Odoo’s standard functionality.

even odoo made huge upgrade with v19, with the new theme we expected new look, but it is completly identical with v18

I'm not sure if you're a Theme Prime user, but if you are, you already know that each new version of Theme Prime always brings something fresh and improved 🙂


This year is no exception. While the overall look may feel familiar right now, that’s because we’ve just launched the first demo for Odoo 19.0. Many more demos with varied designs and layouts are on the way soon.


It’s also worth noting that Odoo 19 introduced massive technical changes in the website and web editor, with almost everything rewritten under the hood. Our team didn’t just adapt to these changes. We completely rebuilt Theme Prime’s front-end from scratch to work seamlessly with the new Odoo framework.


We could have taken shortcuts and reused the old framework, but that’s not how we work. We prefer delivering a product that’s technically solid, future-proof, and built for long-term performance, not just quick visual tweaks.


We’re really excited to see the beautiful eCommerce stores our customers will build with Theme Prime 19.0, and trust us, this is just the beginning!
