Beautiful picture, but terrible quality, there is a hidden cost after each template update
Be prepared for your project to die as soon as you complete your website design.
Today another problem after updating the template...
I have been using templates for the last 3 years in anticipation of a quality product, but my hopes for Emiprotechnologies have finally collapsed.
After each update of the template, there are problems that need to be addressed with the support team. Support is paid.
Also, be prepared that the support manager will ask you the same question several times, ask you to make a video, and after a few weeks, as if nothing had happened, again ask you to make a video of the problem. You will see that no one has uploaded your video if you send it via Wetransfer.
Correspondence with the support manager took 29 days! They "didn't see the problem" and said everything was working fine until they filed a complaint with PayPal. After that, the problem was immediately "seen" and corrected.
I advise you to buy through PayPal and require a refund - this is the only thing that makes them activate.
Cool ideas, but terrible execution. You can seduce a customer and get him to make a purchase for the first time. You must be responsible for the quality of your product, otherwise no one will buy it again.

There were some hiccups in communications which led to our customisation not being completed on time. We are partly to blame as well since we werent able to finalise our design. The project was delayed but Emipro team stayed with us fully till the project was completed. There support and respose is Excellent. I hope they will retain this Excellence.
Update theme get error 500
We have facing to update your team. Three times after update our server not working. You team do not support just ask run command /usr/bin/python3.6 /opt/custom_addons/odoo/odoo-bin -c /opt/custom_addons/conf/odoo.conf -u emipro_theme_base
But you know not happen. How about your support?

Issue Facing in Theme Clarico Vega V15
Hello Emipro Team,
Please note that we have purchased your captioned module from Odoo store yesterday and after installation and configuration we are facing below issue:
When we create a new mega menu from Website > Configuration > Menus. This will return a mega menu with static values but if we make dynamic with product categories, then the mega menu content on website not show anything.
Please guide us on matter at your earliest convenience.

Mega menu have no any connection to products or categories and each time you need to make even a small changes need to edit mega menu manually too, not much handy :(

Who is willing to pay Odoo 4.640 EUR per MONTH to support the code on a theme? @Odoo this 16 EUR per 100 lines of code makes no sense. Third party apps will be dead in no time, no more development from the community etc. Why is this??

We recently purchased this theme and it looked good - initially. Now however we are testing the "responsive" part and find that we lack the ability to define breakpoints and classes that depend on those breakpoints. As it stands, our website looks OK when full screen but has big problems as we scale the width down. We think perhaps we lack documentation. Can you perhaps help?

Absent support, lots of issues.
Support is close to absent, very kind but far from effective...
Issues are vast and blocking. You can chose this if you plan to use Odoo Website to replace a static website, but you can experience problem since you'll use a simple form.
