About the module
The standard ODOO module (Cancel entries, account_cancel) allows the modification and deletion of journal items and entries. It is sometimes useful for correcting errors that have occurred in invoices or payments without having to create unnecessary credit memos or reversals. However, the account_cancel module has a major drawback, which results in the permanent deletion of all canceled journal items or entries, which is not ideal for companies who want to keep the history of all changes made to their databases for audit and control needs. ACPEC provides you with the account_move_archive module, which will allow you to archive all canceled journal items and entries automatically before their deletions by the module (Cancel entries, account_cancel).
Using this module acpec_account_move_archive, journal entries and items are saved in new tables before deletion.
This module introduces 2 tables : account_move_deleted and account_move_line_deleted.
When we deleted journal entries and items this module saved an archive of all deleted journal items and entries
Details of deleted accounting entre can now be found under two menus. A JSON text show all details of the deleted entries and item.
