Hello Comitor, this application looks very interesting to me, although, I have a few questions:
From what I understand, the payment is a one-time payment. Would I need to pay in addition for Odoo modules/apps? if yes, to what modules?
Is it possible to distinguish between unit maintenance and building maintenance expenses?
Is it possible to make changes and add additional features to that application?
Is it possible to get a more detailed list of capabilities of the application?
What domain would I be able to use for the website? Would it be possible to integrate with the domain that I bought from GoDaddy?

The cost is indeed a one-time payment.
There are indeed dependencies, such as module projects, accounting, ... I would like to go over this with you.
It is possible to distinguish between sites, buildings, lands, units and sub-units when it comes to maintenance costs, because each object above is a cost center in Odoo.
