Detailed View Of Selected Order
Creating Exchange Order
After clicking Exchange button, fill the product(s) quantities that customer want to exchange/replace as shown below.
Adding New Products To The Exchange Order
Seller can add product to the exchange order that customer wish to purchase in return of his exchange products.
Payment Of Exchange Order
Here seller can choose the payment method that he wishes to use for exchange order. For ex: If total amount is greater than zero after adding new product than seller can also choose any payment method to process exchange order or in case if total amount is less than zero than seller can also choose payment method for negative amount.
Case 1: When total amount is greater than zero, i.e. Extra amount that customer has to pay after deducting price of exchanged products from the total amount.
Case 2: When total amount is negative, i.e. Total amount that seller has to pay to customer as refund amount after Exchanging order (remaining amount after product exchange).
Receipt For Exchange Order
Receipt for total amount that customer has to pay after exchanging product
Receipt for total amount that seller has to refund to the customer
Detailed View Of Order After Exchange Products
Seller can also see which and how much quantity of product(s) is exchanged. For partially returned order if any situation comes that customer desires to exchange/return products again than seller can exchange remaining products again.

----> I like your module and i have some questions before buying it.
Questions :
1. This module is available for Odoo V15 ?
2. Once the POS Session closed then we can do Exchange / Return or Refund?
3. What's the time limit for Exchange / Return or Refund like 7 days , 15 days ?

Yes, the module is compatible with the Odoo v15.
Regarding > 2. Once the POS Session closed then we can do Exchange / Return or Refund?
Yes, if you placed & validated order and closed the POS session, then when you start the POS session again that order can be exchanged/returned.
Regarding > 3. What's the time limit for Exchange / Return or Refund like 7 days , 15 days?
You can specify how many orders from the past would be loaded & returned/exchange in Point of Sale when the POS Session starts as there are three different options are available: https://prnt.sc/26djesx
Load Orders of Current Session Only- It loads the orders of the current session only.
Load Orders from Past up to Specified Number of Days- It will load the orders which were created in the past up to a specified number of days.
