Press the "All Orders" button to view the list of all the loaded orders.
User can also search the orders based on customer name as well as Order reference number.
User can view the orders associated with individual customers also.
These are the configuration settings which specify how many orders from the past would be loaded in POS when it starts.

When two session is open on different tab with same user then on click add button then showing order in different session order and vice-versa.
Add a refresh button when click on this button then current order is shown in screen

Can this module load the orders placed in the backend?
Sorry, perhaps the answer is obvious but I dont see the format SOxxxx in Order reference in the screenshot.

No, this module does not load the order placed in the backend. Addedly, by default, you can not create POS Order from the backend.
Also, can you confirm where are you expecting the desired format for POS Orders?
