Warranty Claim Form
Customer can claim their warranty by filling up claim form
In claim form user has to enter all the information including brief description of issues/ claim reason and select warranty number from drop down which display all warranty subscribed by the respective customer. Then the remaining details related to warranty gets filled automatically
Warranty Ticket
The ticket which generated from website will created under helpdesk
Warranty Details on Analytical Account
The warrranty information subscribed by customer is updated in customer's analytical account
Warranty Ticket Report
Manager can print report on each ticket includes all the details related to ticket
