RMA Workflow (With Helpdesk Integration)
We are also giving one time free set up of RMA Workflow on your Server when you purchase this module.
This module will show all the tickets generated from claim warranty. It will send mail to the assigned person and after approved create Incoming shipment. The ticket was approved by Manager and it will send to ticket Assigned person.
User Login:
Login screen if old customer and for new user click on 'Don't have account' link for signup page .
To see your account details click on customer name and click on My account.
Admin Login:
To access helpdesk menu click on backend user.
First will create a product for warranty subscription.
Admin Login:
To see all ticket records click on the helpdesk and click on a ticket to see all records.
After processing the invoice and assigning project click on set to close button to close. By clicking on status bar user can change the status of the ticket.
