Issue and Ticket Management Portal

Module provides feature to submit issues online from odoo website, Any user can submit issues with attachments of documents and it will create issues on backend odoo system.

Website Form

There is a form to submit issue online with the description and attachments. Email id of client will be matched and system will auto fetch customer details in backend system based on mail id.

Issue creation

Issue created in backend

Issue will be created in backend system from customer portal and attachments will be create under the issue. On successful submission email will be sent to customer for acknowledgement.

Mail Notification

E-mail template and notification

On issue submission system will send mail to customer with issue details which is submitted from portal. This mail will be sent that can be modified based on requirements.
