How to use

Website Sale Stock Notify


Product Stock Type Configuration

If you select stock type configuration as Qty On Hand then it display On hand Qty of product.


Product stock view

You can show the available(on hand) quantity for particular products.


Product Stock View

Its shows product availability for different product variants too.


Its shows In Stock and Out Of Stock Message for different product variants too.


Product Quantity Validation apply When you add more than available quantity


Product Quantity Validation apply When you add more than available quantity on shopping cart page.


Product Stock Type Configuration

If you select stock type configuration as "Qty Available" then it display "Available Qty" of product.


Product stock view

You can show the Available quantity for particular products.


Products quantity and custom message view.

It shows the Product label as "In stock" for those which has Available quantity and "Out of Stock" for those which does not have Available quantity available.


Its shows In Stock and Out Of Stock Message for different product variants according to Available quantity.


If product has out of stock then disable cart button.


Notify will be enable when the product is out of stock.


Invalid E-Mail Address


Enter proper email address for notified product availability.

In this window enter the amount that you want to make for partial payment

You can pay multiple invoices using single payment.


You can enter multiple invoice reference numbers and payment amount,You can also select payment method for pay invoices.

Website Payment Receipt

My Account Options

Earlier we used to have few options in My Account. Now we can see a new option to see payment receipts of orders we have made.


Inside new option

Inside Payment Receipts we can see all orders that has been completed. Moreover, we can generate a payment receipt from Print Receipt button.


Generated Payment Receipt

We get a payment receipt of the order in printable format. It can be either used to get print out or we can stored as pdf document for further documentation.


How do we get Payment receipt

As we complete any payment, its details are stored in Payments. We get its details in the payment receipt.


Website Wallet On Odoo


User Wallet Credit

User can see the balance of the wallet.


In the backend

From the backend, Admin can add wallet balance in customer wallet.


From the Wallet Transaction, Admin can also add credit balance in customer wallet.


Make Payment using Wallet.

You can see Wallet Payment Option with Wallet Balance in Payment page.


When you click "Use Wallet", Total Amount of Order will be deduct from the Wallet Balance.


Confirmation Page


In the Backend, Wallet Amount & Wallet Transaction will be display in sale order


Wallet Transaction will be created as per selected sales order,customer,amount.


You can also see the in the wallet transactions with wallet transaction id.


Odoo Website Daily Deals & Offers

Deals & Offers Tree View


To Create a deals just go to Sales -> Deals & Offers .Where you can see the list view of the deals.


Deal & Offers Creator View


For creating a new deals go to the Sales ->Deals & Offers -> Create ->Enter details like "Name of the Deal" ,"Duration " and Set "Header details" , "View For Website " too.


Pricelist


You can set Message for the deals notification.Moreover,you have to add deals offer price-list for a deal.


Customize Website view


You can make your own customize website view after choosing display options.


Add Products View


After finishing all details, just click on Validate button.So, you can add products in deals.


Add Banner View


Header and Banners are selectable.So,you can set a banner for your deal or offer.

On the website you can see the new menu of "Deals & Offers"as well as you can see the changes like "Page header" "Banner" "Product price with discount".

If you choose a grid view in display option,then it looks like below.


Slider view


If you choose slider view, then the Products in the deal can be also displayed in the Slider view. You can move back and forth by using the button on the slider.

If you choose Attractive view of product then it looks like below.


Website Sale Auto-Pay(Order Confirmation/Invoice Generation/Invoice Payment)


Configure Payment Acquirers.

After Installing the module, First you have to Configure the Payment Acquirers in which you have to select Journal which is highlighted in the Figure.


Once you are done with the Payment Acquirers Configuration then you have to do few more configuration in Website Admin for Website Order.

Let us start with the first configuration that is 'Confirm Quotation' which is highlighted below in the Figure.


If you select 'Confirm Quotation' in Backend side, You will get this view which is shown below on Frontend side.

You will see this two messages which are highlighted in the below figure.


Hence, you will see this Sale order in Backend side which is Confirmed.


Now, If you make the Second Configuration that is 'Confirm Quotation and Create Invoice' which is highlighted below in the figure.


If you select 'Confirm Quotation and Create Invoice' in Backend side, You will get this view which is shown below on Frontend side.

You will see this two messages which are highlighted in the below figure.


Hence, you will see this Sale order in Backend side which is Confirmed.

Now, If you make the fourth Configuration that is 'Confirm Quotation, Validate Invoice and Create Payment' which is highlighted below in the figure.



If you select 'Confirm Quotation, Validate Invoice and Create Payment' in Backend side, You will get this view which is shown below on Frontend side.


You will see this two messages which are highlighted in the below figure.



Hence, you will see this Sale order in Backend side which is Confirmed


Here Invoice is created which is highlighted in below figure because we selected 'Confirm Quotation, Validate Invoice and Create Payment' in Backend side.



Below figure shows that invoice is in Paid state because we selected 'Confirm Quotation, Validate Invoice and Create Payment' in Backend side.



You can only select those product which have "Ordered quantities" in Invoice Policy.


Otherwise website will redirect you to confirmed sale order & further process could not be completed.



Website Product Review/Rating


Add Product Rating and Review on Website

This allow your customers to put review and rating on products display on website.

As shown in figure User can add review and rating for product.


User can add give star and their review on particular product.


Back-end View

You can see the products rating and review in Products under Review & Ratings Tab.


To give the review you must be login otherwise you can not give review and ratings.


Website Product Sort By and Shop By

Sort Product By Name and Price

We can sort product by their name. Also by upper or lowest price of product.

After adding details and attaching document to the product save it. You will be able to see that it is available for download.

As shown below edit product in which we need to attach video. You can always change video by editing the URL code.

Website Portal User Join Invitation- MLM Odoo

User Invitation Request

In website by login as a portial account,User can send invitation request to new user through Invitation Request Button.


After clicking on "Invitation Request" button, A new window will open in which user just need to enter user name and email address to send invitation for website.


A simple thank you message to let you know that your invitation is sent.


Back-end Process

You can see in the user section that a new tab are added as name "Invited User" in which you can see the user list that you have invited.


In the email you can see the mail regarding the invitation with message to user to invited with your company.


New Portal user are requested here by selecting which user he want to join and provide only with user name and email address.


On Email menu user can see the mail regarding Join Invitation with message to user for join for website.


Website Get Quote Odoo Shop


In Product, allow quotation for Product by checking Product Quote.



In Get Quote tab,We can see the products that are allowed for quotationWe can Request for Quote directly from this page or we can see description by clicking on Product.


Products which are allowed for quotation, Add to Cart button is replaced by Request Quote.


In this page, User will fill-up details along with Quantity of product. After that just click on Submit Quote button and quotation will be sent to you.


In the backend.

A simple Thanks to let user know that quotation has been sent to you.



In your sales -> Quotation, you can see the latest quotation sent by user. Also you can see that user is added as partner and quotation is provided along with its total costing, quantity of product, date of quote request and other details.


Website Product Compare


Allow customers to add their products to compare list with just a single click.


You can see 'added to compare' message when your product successfully added in compare list, it helps you to remember your product that you are added in compare list.




After Click on 'See Compare' Menu, Customer Get a Summarized View of All Selected Products Key Features, General Information, Attribute Information, etc compared in compare list.

Also Customer can remove products from Compare list or Move Selected Products in Compare list to shopping cart.


If there is no product in compare list.


Website Abandoned Cart Reminder


Abandoned Cart Configuration

You can configure abandoned cart, goto Website Admin > Configuration > Settings.

You can define abandoned cart hours- after what time the cart is declared as abandoned order and set follow up mail for abandoned cart recovery.

When customer make a order from website and they can not complete a checkout process then at defined time duration a cart is considered as abandoned order.

At backend side abandoned order will be listed under Abandoned Order menu.

Submit Support Request.

User can enter details about subject of support ticket, category, email, support team and other related details about support ticket.

User also attach any document for support ticket.

After completing filling form, user can submit ticket.

After submitting the information you will land up to Thank you page and an email will be send to admin after receiving support ticket from customer.

Assign Support Tickets.

Admin can assign support ticket to related helpdesk team.

Escalate Team.

If you want to assign this ticket to higher level/parent team then you can use this button.
After using this button helpdesk team and team leader will be change as per parent team.
If you are in parent level then you can not escalate team.




Once you escalate team then level is also change.



Close Support Team.

Admin can close support ticket.
When you click on Set To Close button then stage will be change to closed and current date and time will be set as closed date.


Create Invoice.

When ticket is closed then after admin can create invoice.

You have 2 different options to create Invoice.

1. Create Invoice with Employee Timesheet.

By selecting invoice policy as Timesheet then you have also 2 option to create invoice.

1.1 - Using Employee Timesheet Cost.

1.2 - Using Manual Employee Cost.

If You select manual employee cost then you have to pass cost for creating invoice.




2. Create Invoice with Manual.

You can create task goto Project > Search > Tasks.

This is the front view of your website's Newsletter subscription page where user can enter his Email Id and subscribe to the Newsletter which is shown in fig. by highliting with red ink.

Backend entry after pressing subscribe button.

Once user subscribes to Newsletter, backend entry will be generated with user details which is shown in fig. But as shown in fig. you won't get subscribed to Newsletter until you reconfirm your subscription from Email which is shown and explained in next fig.


Reconfirmation.

This is what you will get in your mail once you subscribe for Newsletter. You need to confirm the subscription by clicking on "SUBSCRIBE NEWSLETTER" in the mail which is shown in fig.

Here you can give the Name of the Newsletter, Date when you want to schedule the Emails,you can select the Emails template and can also write the Descriptrion.
