Hellosign Configuration

  • To get the Hellosign login credentials, visit Hellosign App
  • To get API from hellosign Go to Setting -> API -> Reveal Key.

  • After finishing the hellosign credential process, add user name, password to Odoo Configuration.
  • To verify hellosign credential Click on Test and Confirmed button.

Send Sale Order Document for Customer Signature

  • Click on button send document to sign.
  • Sale order PDF will send to customer via email for digital Signature.

Send Invoice Document for Customer Signature

  • Click on button send document to sign.
  • Invoice PDF will send to customer via email for digital Signature.

Hellsign Documents Histroy

  • We can see details of HelloSign document with status.
  • We can group it by model.

Automated cron job

  • Automated cron job which will retrieve document from hellosign every 5 hours

Download Signed document

  • Download the document signed by user.
