Odoo Hellosign Integration
This module provides Hellosign Integration. To configure the Hellosign email, Then we will send mail to users to sign the document. Retrieve the document using the signature.
Hellosign Configuration
Create one record with Hello Sign Account and Security and Authentication.
Send Document Using Button
Use the Send Document to sign button and automatically send mail on customer mail.
- To get the Hellosign login credentials, visit --> https://app.hellosign.com/home/myAccount
- To set password.
Hellosign Configuration
- After finishing the hellosign credential process, add user name, password to Odoo Configuration.
- To verify hellosign credential Click on Test and Confirmed button.
Hellosign Setup:
- Click on button send document to sign.
- Sale order PDF will send to customer via email for digital Signature.
Send Sale Order Document for Customer Signature:
- Click on button send document to sign.
- Invoice PDF will send to customer via email for digital Signature.
Send Invoice Document for Customer Signature:
- We can see details of HelloSign document with status.
- We can group it by model.
Hellsign Documents Histroy:
- Automated cron job which will retrieve document from hellosign every 5 hours.
