Helpdesk - Field Service - Agreement

This module carries over the values for agreement and service profile when creating service requests from a helpdesk ticket

Usage

Create a service request from a helpdesk ticket as usual. If there is an agreement or service profile set on the ticket, the values for those will be auto-populated on the new service request.
