Project Resource Calendar
Project calendar and meeting manager integrated with physical resources such as rooms, equipments and services or human resources, including conflict prompts.
Used by Université de Montréal, specially built for Music Acadamy management, Theater management for Show, Events and Spectacles.
Room ressource
Specific fields
- Room capacity
- Room's floor
- Is bookable
- Is doublebookable
- Intruments that are included in this room
When a room is booked instruments that are contained in this room are booked.
Equipment/Services ressource
Specific equipment types such as Instruments and Consumables
- Related room
- Is bookable
- Is doublebookable
Allow or not ressource booking, and double booking
with enhanced feature with conflict prompts to confirm double booking
Conflict prompts on overlaps. Auto return on drag and drop if double booking not allowed
