• To create batch duration for that branch go to Configuration / Batch Duration Menu.

• To create service location of that branch go to the Settings / User & Companies / Companies and select company and click on create service location button

• User can see that locations in Inventory / Locations.

• Same as company you can also select branch from widget.

Manage Memberships

• To create membership go to Configuration / Membership menu

• Add all fields data and click on save button

• To see the product created with membership click on membership product.

• Create services without personal trainer.

• With the creation of equipment product of that equipment will be created. Same as membership product user can see equipment product also.

• To add exercise in activity click on activity from service form and it will open activity form view in which you can add exercises

• On click of add line in exercises it will open a form view.Add all fields data and create exercise.

Gym Plans

• To create gym plan go to Gym Management / Plan menu

• Add all details as per your requirement to create plan

Gym Subscribers And Subscriber Membership History

• To create gym subscriber go to Gym Management / Subscribers

• Add all details and click on create membership button to create gym membership of that subscriber.

• On click of create membership button it will open popup form. Add all details in that and click on create buttton to create membership.

• To see details of subscriber membership go to Gym Management / Membership History menu.

• It will show list of all subscribers memberships.

• User can see subscriber history of that subscriber only on click of Membership History button in subscriber form.

• It will show subscriber membership history

Gym Subscriber Plans, Invoice And Schedules

• To create subscriber plan go to Gym Management / Subscriber Plan

• Add all details and create subscriber plan. With the creation of subscriber plan it will create invoice for that subscriber plan.

• On click of button invoice user can see invoice of that subscriber plan.

• Subscriber Plan Invoice.

Send Invoice Mail Of Subscriber Plan

• Validate invoice and subscriber plan on click of button validate button and send invoice using mail using sent invoice button.

• On click of sent invoice button one wizard will pop up which shows mail content.Click on send button to send invoice mail.

• To pay invoice click on register payment button.

• On click of register payment wizard will open.In that wizard you can change the payment amount, journal, etc... .On click of validate payment will be posted.

• To create schedules click on create schedule button. To create customer profile click on button create customer profile.

Manage Customer Profile

• On click of customer profile button user can see customer profile

• On click of profile button subscriber can view customer profile. Here regular measurements of subscriber can be maintained in body tracker.

Manage Regular Measurements

• In body tracker add all the measurements and save it.

• By this user can manage regular measurements.

• On click of create schedule it will open a wizard in which you can select exercises, exercise set and activities. Click on create button to create schedules

• After creating schedules user can edit that schedules on click of edit schedule button.

• Same as create schedule this button will open wizard and in this wizard user can edit schedules. Click on create button to create schedules

• After editing schedules plan schedules for selected date will be changed.

• To print report for gym schedules click on the schedules in print button.

Gym Special Offers

• To create special offers for gym plans go to Gym Management / Special Offers Menu.

• Add all details and create special offer that will be automatically apply subscriber plan total amount.

• By applying that offer subscriber plan cost has been changed.

• By applying that offer subscriber plan cost has been changed.

• Subscriber can see their active plans on click of button in subscriber form.

• On click of button plans user can see active plan schedules.

• To create nutrition plan for gym subscriber click on create nutrition plan button in subscriber plan.

• On click of create nutrition plan button it will open form to create nutrition plan. Add all details in that and on create of nutrition plan invoice will be created for that nutrition plan.

• User can see nutrition plan schedules on click of nutrition plan button in subscriber form

• It will open schedules of active nutrition plans

• In portal click on Gym plans to view user active plans.

• All active gym plans list of that user.

• On click of gym plan user can see all schedules of that plan.On click of print schedule button user can print schedules report.

• You can create membership and branch as per gym management system.

• Go to Configuration / Settings menu. It will open settings. Enable as per your requirements.

Nutrients Measures

• To create Nutrients Measures go to Nutrition Management / Nutrients Measures menu.

• Add name of nutrient measure and save it.

Manage Food Items, Food Groups, Food Nutrients

• To create food item go to Nutrition Management / Food Item menu

• Add all details of that food item and nutrients of that food.

• To create food groups go to Nutrition Management / Food Groups menu

• Add all details

• To create food nutrients go to Nutrition Management / Food Nutrients

Nutrition Subscriber Plan And Membership History

• To create nutrition subscriber plan go to Nutrition Management / Subscriber Plan. On click of create it will open form in which user can create nutrition plan with or without goal calories

• Nutrition Plan with Goal Calories

• Click on button meals.On this button user can see number of meals in this plan.

Subscriber Meals

• On click of Meals button it shows a list of available meals for that plan.This four meals are default meals which are created with nutrition plan.In this user can add new meal.

• Add all data in each meal to create schedules of that plan.

Subscriber Plan Schedules

• Once payment is registered click on create schedule button to create schedules of that plan.

• On click of create schedule button it will automatically create nutrition schedules.

• User can edit that schedules manually.Click on the edit button then Click on schedule line which you want to edit Edit meals.

• For portal click on Nutrition Plans in user account.

• Select user plan and user can see schedules of that plan.Click on print schedule button to print schedules report.

• To add view to dashboard click on add to my dashboard in favorites

• By this user can maintain dashboard for subscriber plans
