Configurations

• Go to Fitness Management >> Configuration >> Settings and enable settings as per your requirements.

• You can configure Nutrition Management as per your requirements.

• From Website >> Configuration >> Settings you can configure Customer Feedback parameters for portal users.

• From Settings >> Users & Companies >> Branch you can create a branch with details such as its schedule and timings.

• From Configuration >> Batch Duration you can create a Branch specific schedule and batch duration.

• You can create a service location for each of your branches by clicking the Service Location button.

• The user can view branch-wise service locations.

• You can easily select any specific branch using the multi-branch widget.

• From Fitness Management >> Configurations >> Membership You can create a membership for a specific branch and company.

• From Fitness Management >> Gym Management >> Service user can create service for the gym.

• The user can create and add exercise to the activity from view.

• Here you can see all the exercises of the activity machine exercise.

• From Fitness Management >> Nutrition Management >> Food Items user can create food items for nutrition plans.

• From Fitness Management >> Nutrition Management >> Food Group user can create food groups.

• From Fitness Management >> Nutrition Management >> Food Nutrients user can create food nutrients to manage the food chart.

• From Fitness Management >> Nutrition Management >> Meals user can create individual meals for each customer.

Trainer Profile

• From Employees >> Employees you can create a trainer with basic information.

Gym Equipments

• From Fitness Management >> Gym Management >> Equipments user can create gym equipment for various services.

• From Fitness Management >> Gym Management >> Equipment Maintenance user can create equipment maintenance for gym equipment services.
• If send to vendor is selected, the equipment will move to the vendor location otherwise it will move to the internal service location of that branch.

• Click the confirm button to create picking for equipment maintenance. Here is the picking a vendor for maintenance.

• Internal transfer picking for maintenance.

• Click the return button to return the equipment to the branch location.

• Click the Create Bill button to create a maintenance bill. If paid maintenance is selected then only it will show the create bill button.

• The user can send the bill by clicking on the send bill button

Gym Subscriber

• From Fitness Management >> Gym Management >> Subscriber user can create subscribers for gym management.

Membership

• To add a subscriber's membership, click the Create Membership button and create a membership according to your requirements.

• The user can view the membership history at the click of the smart button memberships in the subscriber form view.

• To pay a subscriber membership invoice, click the Register Payment button in the membership form view.

• From Fitness Management >> Configuration >> Membership Renewal Reminder users can create reminders for membership renewal.

• Membership renewal reminder mail.

Gym Plan

• From Fitness Management >> Gym Management >> Plan user can create a gym plan with various services.

• From Fitness Management >> Gym Management >> Subscriber Plan user can create a subscriber plan for gym.
• The user will not be able to create a plan if the subscriber membership is not active.

• Subscriber plan invoice will be created automatically with this plan.
• With the click of a validate button, the user can validate the gym plan and the invoice of that plan.
• The user can pay the invoice amount by clicking on the Register Payment button.

• The user can view the gym plan invoice at the click of the smart button invoice in the subscriber plan Form view.

• Once the plan is paid, the user can create a gym schedule at the click of the Create Schedules button.

Customer Profile

• Once the subscriber plan is paid, the user can create a customer profile by clicking the Create Profile button in the customer plan form.

• The user can also maintain regular body measurements in the customer profile.

Special Offers

• From Fitness Management >> Gym Management >> Special Offers user can create special offer for gym plans.
• If this special offer is applied to the customer plan, it will deduct the offer amount from the customer plan amount.

Nutrition

• From Fitness Management >> Nutrition Management >> Subscriber Plan user can create nutrition plan. The user will not be able to create a plan if the subscriber membership is not active.

• Once the plan is ready you can validate the nutrition invoice by clicking on the validate button.
• Click the register payment button to pay the invoice amount.

• The user can view the nutrition plan invoice via the invoice button in the nutrition plan form.

• To send an invoice by mail, click the send invoice button.

• Once the nutrition plan is paid user can create and edit the nutrition schedule based on meals selected.

• The user can view the nutrition schedule by clicking the nutrition plan button in the subscriber form.

Portal Access

• The user can access gym plans, nutrition plans, active membership on the portal.

• In gym plans the user can see all the active plans and its schedule. The user can print the schedule of the plan by clicking on the download button.

• In the nutrition plan button the user can view the nutrition schedule and the download report at the click of the download button.

• In the memberships, the user can view all active memberships and renew the membership at the click of the Renew Now button.

• A new membership will be created at the click of the Renew Now button. You can also pay the membership amount by clicking on the Pay Now button.

• From Feedback >> Configuration >> Template user can create feedback templates for gym and nutrition plans and products.

• From Feedback >> Configuration >> Feedback Question user can configure questions with appropriate values.

• Go to the website and click on the feedback menu and click on the Get Started button to give feedback.

• Add your answers to the feedback questions and click the submit button.

• From Feedback >> Customer Feedback user can view all feedback submitted by customers.

• From Feedback >> configuration >> plan user can create a reminder for gym and nutrition plan feedback.

• Nutrition feedback reminder.

• Gym plan feedback reminder mail.
