This Odoo app contains almost everything you need for the service desk, technical support team, call center management, Issue ticketing system which include issue tracking, billing payment, tech support portal, service request with timesheet to be managed in Odoo project management app. Website customer helpdesk support ticketing system is used to give customers an interface where users can send support ticket requests and attach documents from the website. Support tickets will be sent by email to customer and admin and manage online ticketing systems for customer support in Odoo. Also it allows you to create invoices easily from the timesheet logged for the project issue and helpdesk support ticketing system. Customers can view their ticket from the website portal and easily see the stage of the reported ticket. Also, customers can communicate with the help-desk support team from the website communication option. This odoo app helps users to create helpdesk service level agreement to customers from helpdesk support. Users can add terms and conditions and can print service level agreement reports.

If you are using Odoo enterprise version then please note that, This app doesn't work with odoo enterprise's Helpdesk app, We have our own Helpdesk app and this app adds Helpdesk SLA Contract for Customers on our helpdesk app.
