This module will help you to set details of students in your education system in differnt areas like Student profile management, Attendance, Exams, Fees, Library, Events,Timetable,Assignments & Portal.

User can add all student profile details in Base module.

User can add faculty profile details in Base module.

User can add attendance of students in Attendance module.

User can add student's Library Details in Library Module.

Student Profile Management


This Students datasheet allows gathering your student's personal information such as students contact information, personal information, family information, student previous school information at the beginning of the school year. Easy to maintain student records and find any data of student. from student tabs we can add a details of student.

Faculty Profile Management


This Faculty form allows gathering your faculty personal information such as faculty contact information, personal information, family information, faculty previous job information. Easy to maintain Faculty records and find any data of faculty. from faculty tabs we can add a details of faculty.


We Also have all Multiple ID card formats for Faculty.


Attendance


The main aim of Student attendance is to maintain attendance records of students. for that, you need to select faculty name, standard, division, and subject in attendance tabs. now, automatically you will get all students of the selected standard and division.


Exams


Here from exam tab you can create multiple exams like (mid sem exam, final exam) based on class and division and also we can add a students and subjects.


From Results You can create results of individual student base on exam.


From Configuration/Subjects. You can configure Subjects.


Fees



you need to enable two groups for the users Pre-School User and School User Following the steps to enable this access. Go to Settings >> Users & Companies Click on Users menus and here activate the pre-primary school user and primary school user under fees Management.

Library


By using library modules we can maintain student issue book records, return books, book details, and easy to charge a penalty for not return books.


Go to Configuration and configure details about Books and Authors.

From Membership tab you can create a student membership card.


Membership detail report.


Membership is assigned to one student.


Membership has Constrain on Ending date of Membership. Minimum membership duration is set to 1 month.


One student is allowed to issue more than one book.


Issue detail report.


From Reports you can download books detail report in xls format.


When You click on Print Report button you get a download icon to download report which looks like below.


Event


Event module enable you to engage with your students and plan all of your academic events.


Go to Configuration and configure details about Event Categories.

Now create event in Events Tab.You can see number of Students registered for event in top right corner.


Now register student by clicking on top right corner in Event.


You can view Expected Students and Confirmed Students for Event.


Timetable


Timetable module will allows you to create lecture timetable for students.

Go to Configuration and configure details about Periods.

Now create Timetable in Timetable Tab.


Assignments


This module will help you to manage Assignment process for students.


Go to Configuration and configure details about Assignment Types.

Now create Assignment in Assignments Tab.




Now create Submissions of Assignments based on Student's Standard & Division.


Portal Management


Portal module will allow students to view there details. details for Exam, Fees, Library and event.

Go to Specific Student and Grant Portal Access.


Then add Email and check the chekbox of In Portal


In Settings/Users & Companies/User . Select the student to whom you had grant portal access and in Action Change Password for portal login.


Login as Portal Student and you will see following view.


On Selecting "Issue Books" a list of Issue Code will appear.


On selecting Specific Issue Code, details related to that code will appear.


On selecting "Membership" library membership detail of student appears.


On Selecting "Exams" a list of all exams will appear.


On selecting Specific Exam, details related to that exam will appear.


On Selecting "Results" a list of results will appear.


On selecting Specific Result, details related to that result will appear.


On selecting "Events" list of events detail of student appears.


On Selecting "Fees" a list of Fees Receipt No. will appear.


On selecting Specific Fee Receipt No., details related to that receipt will appear.
