Error with HRMS installed?

Hi,

Those this app work compatibly with HRMS range already installed on an Odoo 12 setup?

Recently tried to install and upon rebooting the server, the main menu refused to display. I had to remove this application for the server to function again. If there is something I need to correct, please advise.
