Import Stock Inventory module provides a wizard that will help you import opening stock, Inventory adjustment and clear inventory based on products. An easy and quick way to do inventory adjustment.

Download File

• Go to Inventory Configuration Products Import Products.
• Click on Download Sample Files button, It will show Download files links.

Download Sample Files Link

• You can click on files link, It will download sample file.

Sample File

• You can write product-related information (Barcode, Internal Reference, Product Name, Quantity, Sale Price, Cost Price, Category, Suppliers).
• Value can be derived from separated by Comma in Suppliers field.

Import Products

• It is three types of import product mode.
• Select ADD/Update Option if you add and update a new product.
• Select Adjustments Option if you already added in the product and you again want to set quantity.
• Select Subtract Option if you already added in the product and if you want to subtract quantity.

Import Products Log

• Go to Inventory Configuration Products Import Products Log.
• Here is a log of Import products.
• After 24 hours the logs will be automatically deleted.
