Detailed Features
Sample File Download for Easy Import
The module allows users to easily download sample files by clicking the "Download Sample Files" button.
These files come preformatted with fields for product-related information (such as barcode, name, quantity, prices, etc.), making it easy for users to understand the required format for product data import.
Flexible Import Options
ADD/Update: Adds new products or updates existing ones.
Adjustments: Updates the quantity of existing products without altering other details.
Subtract: Decreases the quantity of existing products. This gives users flexibility in managing inventory changes based on their needs.
Automated Import Log Management
The module keeps a detailed Import Products Log where users can track the status of their imports.
The logs are automatically deleted after 24 hours, ensuring that the system remains clutter-free while still allowing users to review their import history for a limited time.

- Go to Inventory Products Import Products.
- Click on Download Sample Files button, It will show Download files links.

- You can click on files link, It will download sample file.
Sample File
- You can write product related information (Barcode, Internal Reference, Product Name, Quantity, Sale Price, Cost Price, Category, Suppliers).
- Value can be derived from separated by Comma in Suppliers field.
Import Products
- There are three types of Import products mode.
- Select ADD/Update Option:- If you want to add new products or update existing products.
- Select Adjustments Option:- If products are already existing and you want to update the quantity of existing products.
- Select Subtract Option:- If products are already existing and if you want to subtract the quantity of existing products.
Import Products Log
- Go to Inventory Products Import Products Log.
- Here is a log of Import products.
- After 24 hours the logs will be automatically deleted.
