Requirements
- Place requirements.txt file with module folder to Install External Dependencies of zenpy == 2.0.19.

- Place the module into Odoo Addons directory.
- Restart ODOO server and activate developer mode.
- Go to Apps -> Update Apps List and click on update
- Go to Apps, search for module and install

Is this app compatible with Odoo Enterprise as well as Community?
The app works well with Odoo Enterprise (On-premise and Odoo.SH) but not with Odoo Community because no helpdesk in community version. Odoo Online (Cloud) does not allow installation of third-party apps and hence this app cannot be installed on Odoo Online.

Does the Zendesk Odoo Connector allow two-way synchronization?
Yes, you can sync Data from Odoo to Zendesk as well as sync Data from Zendesk to Odoo.
