Overview
HR Salary Advance is a component of Open HRMS suit. HR Salary Advance module helps the user to manage salary advance requests from employees. You can configure advance salary rules, set advance salary limit, minimum number of days, and provide advance salary to employees.

Great addon but how to assign approvals?
Hi, how do you assign approval of the salary advance requests to a particular user? I can't seem to find it in the settings.

To assign access rights to a particular user for approving salary advance requests, configure the necessary application access within the payroll and administration modules.
Settings --> Users --> Access rights.

HR Approval Settings
Hi, this is in relation to your reply to my comment. I've already set the access rights when the module was installed. In fact, we are able to approve loans already. But for the salary advance request, we don't get a notification through email.

The approval access for salary advance requests is only available to the HR and Accounts departments. Customization is required to assign approval rights to a specific user.
