Recurring Pickings

This module recreates Pickings in a time interval.

exemplary use cases:

  • You deliver something to a customer or to one of your offices every month
  • You have a framework agreement with a supplier and receive monthly deliveries

The first picking is created manually and the subsequent pickings are created automatically

The picking can also be created from a sale order or a purchase order
The automatically generated delivery bill counts towards the delivered quantities of the sale order or purchase order

Create Recurring from #1

Set the next Date, the intervall an a name
You can choose current Date or None Value for Fields

Automatically create Picking #2 - #xx

The next document will be created per time job
Every Month there will be a new Picking

Workflow Example

  1. Create a sale order for framework aggreement with a customer (120 Units this year/ 10 per Month)
  2. Confirm the quotation
  3. First picking is created and deliver 10
  4. Choose "no Backorder"
  5. Create recurring picking monthly
  6. every month a delivery of 10 units are created
  7. Either already invoiced from Sale Order Amount or invoice from delivered amounts monthly
