User Activity Log
With this module user can easily track their work history they have performed. Have a look at its features:
- Admin has the rights to track user activity for every individual user. While every individual canât track other userâs activity.
- The activity can be creating and editing any record.
- What changes were made and who made them can be easily known with this module. Again, the users other than admin canât deleted records stored in user activity log.
Prerequisites before Installation
No prerequisites are required before the installation.
Configurations
No configurations.
Below displayed is the menu page of this module. Click on the âActionâ button and select âRecent Logsâ from the dropdown menu to view the recent activities performed by user.
After selecting the recent log action, you will be displayed with number of records and you can easily choose from the list for which record you want to get a detailed information. By clicking on the arrow button of any particular record you will be redirected to that record and you can gain a detailed idea of what changes were made on that record.
After getting redirected to any particular record page admin can easily track down what modifications were made by user. As shown in the image admin can view the name of user, record name, last seen of the user visiting this record, and user activity.

It gives an error when I click on Recent Logs
I use Odoo community v12 and I install the module successfully but when I click on Recent Logs then it gives me an error given below. Kindly help me I have to use your module it fulfills my requirements. Hello Aymen, Thanks for using our module. After Installing this module, It will track record for the user who did some activities. Ex:- Create,Edit and View records and Please go through the Read Me File. Let us Know If you have any query or you need some further assistance then please E-mail us with Attachment. Can´t see all user logs
Hi, I have the same problem as Eduardo Gonzalez, I am logged as the admin but unable to see records from other users

Hello Edgar, Thanks for using our module, In our Module user who is system admin, only that user can see user activity logs of all the user and rest of other users can check there own activity log. If you want some customisation in user activity log then we will create one record rule that user is having the particular rights then he will be able to check the user activity logs of all the user. Register only administrator log
Hello, I have the module installed, install it with the administrator user however it reports only the actions performed by the administrator and not the actions performed by the users, you may have to perform some additional configuration?

will this also log the records deleted by a user ?
You have mentioned that it will log the user's activities. The activity can be creating and editing any record. Will it also log the records which were deleted by a user?
