Odoo Enterprise Helpdesk App doesn't have a feature to add domain and url restriction for helpdesk generation, So you can't stop spamming emails for a particular domain, this app helps to do that. This odoo app helps users to block or restrict email domains and Urls , with the help of this odoo app we can restrict users to submit website helpdesk tickets from websites with restricted email domains and urls. This app allows configuring a list of the domain to block, listed domains will not be able to create a support ticket from the website and help to block specific email domains for submitting helpdesk support requests.

Restrict Email Domains.
User can restict email domains to submit helpdesk ticket from website.Restrict User from Submitting Ticket.
Restrict user from submitting helpdesk ticket by restricted domain.Domains to Restrict Menu
Under Helpdesk > Configuration > Domains to Restrict menu user can create and see created domains to restrict.
User have to add domains that he/she wants to restrict as shown bellow image.
Domain Restriction
Under Helpdesk > Configuration > Domain Restriction menu user can see and create domain restrictions.
User can add multiple domains to domain restriction, Also have to enable "Active".
Restrict Helpdesk Support Ticket
User can see resticted email domains for submitting helpdesk support ticket.
While submitting ticket with resticted email domain, warning will generated.
