FTP Server List View
Navigate to Settings > Technical > FTP Server to access the menu.
FTP Server Form View
Users can create an FTP Server record, input the server details, and click the "Test & Confirm" button to verify the connection and save the configuration.
When the user clicks the "Test" button, the stage changes to "Confirmed," indicating that the connection was successfully established.
FTP Import Configuration List View
Navigate to Settings > Technical > FTP Import Configuration to access the menu.
FTP Import Configuration Form View
Here, users can configure the created server, select the desired model, choose the required fields, and specify the file path. When the user clicks the "Generate CSV File" button, a CSV file is generated and downloaded based on the selected model and fields.
If the user wants to select order line fields, they can choose the "Order Line" option in the fields. Upon clicking the "Fields" button, a wizard opens, allowing the user to select the desired fields as per their requirements.
CSV File View
Here, the user can fill in the necessary data in the CSV file according to the specified headings.
Cron For Import Data From FTP Server
Users can run the cron job to automatically import data from the server.
Log Details List View
Navigate to Settings > Technical > Log Details to access the menu. Here, users can check whether the data was imported successfully or not.
The data is imported into the selected model, allowing users to view the imported records directly in that specific model.
