POS - Point of Sale Product Exchange Odoo App helps users to exchange and refund products easily from the POS current session. Users can view all existing customer wise pos orders with all details on the POS session screen. Users can add products to the exchange order that customers want to purchase in return of his exchange products. Users can manage payment as per transaction of exchange and refund POS orders and display exchange and refund order details on POS receipt and also in backend.

User can see detailed view of all point of sale orders on POS current session.

User can easily return or exchange their products partially as per their requirements.
Manage Payment Of Exchange and Refund Orders

In POS Screen "All Order" button appear, You can see all POS orders directly from POS screen.
List of All POS Order
You can see all POS order in list view and when you click on any order, It's details will be display.
Detailed View of Selected POS Order
You can see order details of selected POS order and click on 'Exchange' button to exchange or replace the products.
Exchange Products Popup
You can enter the product quantity which you want to exchange or replace and if you want to exchange the complete order, click on 'Complete Exchange' button.
You can see autofill product quantity for complete exchange and click on 'Exchange' button to create exchange order.
Exchange Order Created
You can see exchange order is created with products that customer want to exchange.
Added Products On Exchange Order
You can add products to the exchange order that you want to purchase in return of his exchange products.
Payment Of Exchange Order
When total amount is greater than zero, Extra amount that you have to pay after deducting price of exchanged products from the total amount.
Receipt Of Exchange Order
You can see total amount that you have to pay after exchanging product in POS receipt.
You can see POS order is partially returned.
Exchange Order in Backend
You can see exchange order with all details in backend.
Select Customer on POS Screen
Customer wise View Orders
You can see customer wise view orders for that click on 'View Orders' button.
You can see selected customer's POS orders in list view.
Detailed View of Selected POS Order
You can see order details of selected POS order and click on 'Return/Refund' button to return or refund the products.
Refund Products Popup
You can enter the product quantity which you want to return or refund and if you want to return or refund the complete order, click on 'Complete Refund' button then click on 'Refund' button.
Payment Of Refund Order
When total amount is negative, You have to pay to the customer as refund amount after refund order.
Receipt Of Refund Order
You can see total refund amount that you have to pay to the customer after refund product in POS receipt.
You can see POS order is partially returned.
Refund Order in Backend
You can see refund order with all details in backend.
