POS - Point of Sale Product Exchange Odoo App helps users to exchange and refund products easily from the POS current session. Users can view all existing customer wise pos orders with all details on the POS session screen. Users can add products to the exchange order that customers want to purchase in return of his exchange products. Users can manage payment as per transaction of exchange and refund POS orders and display exchange and refund order details on POS receipt and also in backend.

Manage Payment Of Exchange and Refund Orders

In the POS screen "All Order" button appears, User can see all POS orders directly from the POS screen.
List of All POS Order
Users can see all POS orders in the list view and when the user clicks on any order, Its details will be displayed.
Detailed View of Selected POS Order
Users can see order details of selected POS order and click on the 'Exchange' button to exchange or replace the products.
Full Exchange Products Popup
If a user wants to exchange the complete order then the user needs to click on the 'Full Exchange' button.
Exchange Order Created
Users can see exchange order is created with products that the user wants to exchange and added to the cart with full quantity.
Receipt Of Exchange Order
User can see the total amount that he/she has to pay after exchanging the product in the POS receipt.
User can see POS order status is updated to "Fully Returned".
Exchange Order in Backend
User can see the exchange order with all details in the backend.
Detailed View of Selected POS Order
User can see order details of selected POS order and click on the 'Exchange' button to exchange or replace the products.
Partial Exchange Products Popup
User can enter the product quantity which he/she want to exchange or replace and click on the 'Exchange' button.
Exchange Order Created
User can see exchange order is created with products that the user want to exchange and added to the cart with a selected quantity.
Receipt Of Exchange Order
User can see the total amount that user have to pay after exchanging the product in POS receipt.
User can see the exchange order with all details in the backend.
Exchange Order in Backend
User can click on the "Exchange" button on the order view.
Create Gift Coupon with Return Order
User can click on "Exchange" button on order view.
User can enter quantity to return.
User can see products added to the POS cart with return quantity.
On the POS payment screen user can see the "Gift Coupon" button.
On Clicking "Gift Coupon" the user can see the success message, and the gift coupon created with the order amount.
Gift Coupon
User can see created gift coupons with coupon codes and payment amount.
User can see the order receipt.
POS Order
If the user creates a gift coupon for pos order then pos payment will not created for that order.
Redeem Gift Coupon
User can redeem gift coupons by clicking the "Coupon" button on the POS screen.
User needs to enter a coupon code on the popup to redeem.
User can see added gift coupon.
User can also see applied gift coupons on pos order.
Select Customer on POS Screen
Customer wise View Orders
User can see customer wise orders by clicking on the 'View Orders' button.
User can see selected customer's POS orders in the list view.
Detailed View of Selected POS Order
User can see order details of selected POS order and click on the 'Return/Refund' button to return or refund the products.
Refund Products Popup
User can enter the product quantity which he/she wants to return or refund and if the user wants to return or refund the complete order, click on the 'Complete Refund' button and then click on the 'Refund' button.
Payment Of Refund Order
When the total amount is negative, the user has to pay the customer a refund amount after the refund order.
Receipt Of Refund Order
You can see total refund amount that you have to pay to the customer after refund product in POS receipt.
User can see the total refund amount that user has to pay to the customer after refund the product in POS receipt.
Refund Order in Backend
You can see the refund order with all details in the backend.
