Auto Schedule Activity Based on Task Deadline Odoo app helps to automate and optimize task management and scheduling within an organization. This app simplifies the process of creating and managing activities by automatically scheduling them based on task deadlines, ensuring timely completion and improved productivity. While creating a task, an activity will automatically be created for both the assignee and manager based on the task's deadline. Another key feature of the app is the ability to send automated reminders and email notifications, manager will receive notifications on the same day of deadline, second day of the deadline, after one week of deadline, and after two weeks of the deadline.

When user create a task then activity is automatically scheduled for both task assignee and managed with the same date as the task deadline.
Task Overdue First Remainder
User can see scheduled action to send task overdue first remainder email to the manager.
Manager can see the first remainder of task deadline on the same day of deadline.
Task Overdue Second Remainder
User can see scheduled action to send task overdue second remainder email to the manager.
Manager can see the second remainder of task deadline on the second day of the deadline.
Task Overdue Third Remainder
User can see scheduled action to send task overdue third remainder email to the manager.
Manager can see third remainder of task deadline after one week of deadline.
Task Overdue Last Remainder
User can see scheduled action to send tasks overdue last remainder email to the manager.
Manager can see the last remainder of task deadline after two weeks of the deadline.
