Attendance Auto Checkout & Email Alert
Don't worry if the employee often forgets to check out from the attendance module. Now it is easy to auto checkout with our new feature.
If an employee has not checked out and the checkin time exceeds the maximum hours, this module adds a new feature to the odoo attendance module to auto checkout the employee.
In addition, we've included an email feature that will automatically send an email to the respective employee and manager with regards to the auto checkout.

Here, we have added configuration details based on which auto checkout will be performed
Here, we can see the record of the currently checked in employee, who forgot to checkout.
Scheduled action that gets executed in every 5 minutes.
Here, as we can see, the employee gets checked out automatically when the total work hours exceeds the maximum time (i.e., 8 hours).
Here, as we can see, the employee gets checked out automatically.
When the employee gets auto checked out, an automatic mail is generated and sent to respective employee and manager.
We can see the automatically generated mail's subject, recepients and body below.
Automatically check out the employee based on maximum hours and send an email to the respective employee and manager with regards to the auto checkout.
