Payroll/Payslip Approval

Payslip Approval, Employee payslip Two Steps Approvals this odoo application you can add approval process on the payslip. In the odoo standard there is a button named Confirm which appears when you Compute the payslip, but this application adds 2 approvals before Confirm button so payslip must go through Manger and HR approval before confirming it. 2 Approvals levels added Manger Approval and HR Manager approval. Notification emails sent to the Manager and HR Manager when payslip goes into approval.

  • arrow Added 2 levels of approval before standard Confirm button of Payslip
  • arrow After computing the payslip send request to the Manager to approve the payslip
  • arrow Notification email will be send to the Manager when you send request
  • arrow When Manager approves the payslip then payslip is move to HR Manager approval, and notification email will also send to the HR Manager
  • arrow When HR Manager approves the payslip then you can see odoo's standard Confirm button on payslip
  • arrow Employee's Manager or Employee's Department's Manager will be considered as Manager
  • arrow User with Payroll/Administrator access will be considered as HR Manager
  • arrow e.g. User Thomas is manger of employee Roger Scott and user Lisa is Payroll/Administrator, when you send request then first notification email will be sent to Manager(user Thomas). When user Thomas approves the payslip then notification email will be sent to the HR Manager(user Lisa). When user Lisa approves the payslip then only you can see odoo's standard button on payslip
  • User Thomas is manager of employee Roger Scott arrow
  • User Lisa is considered as hr manger with Payroll/Administrator access arrow
  • Send request to Manager(user Thomas) from payslip of employee Roger Scott arrow
  • Notification email successfully sent to Manger(user Thomas) arrow
  • Manger(user Thomas) approves payslip form 'Confirm' state arrow
  • Notification email successfully sent to HR Manger(user Lisa) arrow
  • HR Manger(user Lisa) approves payslip form 'Manger Approved' state arrow
  • Payslip is now fully approved, and you can see odoo's standard Confirm button in 'HR Approved' state arrow
