Generic Request Action (Team)
This module allows you to automatically assign request to certain team on certain request event.
For example, this could be used in cases, when you want to assign request to different team, when category changed.
Let's take a look at example configuration for scenario: when category of request changed to Odoo Functional, then reassing request to team Odoo Functional. The configuration will require only two steps: create generic condition to check if new category is Odoo functional, and second one is to create automated action that will reassing request to team Odoo functional
