Compare Last Purchase Price on RFQ/Purchase Order (PO)
While creating RFQ/PO its always a challenge to know the last purchase price of each selected item, searching for last purchase price of items one by one is practically impossible, we have a solution for this problem:
1. New column "Last Purchase Price" shows last purchase prices of product/item on each line from last confirmed purchase Order
2. Line color changes to Green if unit price price is less than last purchased price
3. Line color changes to Red if unit price is greater than last purchase price
4. Line color stays unchanged if unit price is exactly same as the last purchase price
5. If unit price of any one product in RFQ/PO is greater than last purchase price then a field shows "Review Required"
6. Filter are available for those RFQs which requires Review
Note: Correct Last Purchase Price will start showing on second RFQ/PO created after installation of this module i.e. last purchase price on old RFQ/PO (created before installation of this module) will not show correct data in "Last Purchase Price" column.
Last Purchase Prices with Different line Colors and a new field "Review? Required"
Quickly identify which item unit price is higher, less or same as compare to last purchase price by different colors.
Lines in Red Color: When last purchase price of item is less than unit price.
Lines in Green Color: When last purchase price of an item is greater than unit price.
Lines in Default Color: When last purchase price of an item is exactly equal to unit price.
Review Required
In case RFQ/PO have any one line in red color (means unit price is higher than last purchase price) then that RFQ will be flagged as "Review ? Required", which than can be used for approval process
Review Not Required
In case a RFQ/PO don't have any line in red color (means unit price of all items are either less or equal to their last purchase prices) then it will be flagged as "Review ? Not Required".
Filters
Filters on RFQs where unit price higher than last purchase price i.e. any one line with Red color.
