Select the salespersons into 'Allow Sales Persons' in the contact.
Select multiple contacts and assign a salesperson to each using a server action.
Assign a Salesperson
When a new contact is created in the Contacts, the currently logged-in user will be assigned as the 'Allow Salesperson.
Go to the settings menu, select 'User',To grant access to an assigned contact to a user, select the 'Contact Access' feature. Once this option is selected, the user will only be able to access the contact according to their access.
A contact and sale order will be displayed according to the access permissions granted.
