Select the salespersons into 'Allow Sales Persons' in the contact.
Select multiple contacts and assign a salesperson to each using a server action.
Assign a Salesperson
When a new contact is created in the Contacts, the currently logged-in user will be assigned as the 'Allow Salesperson.
Go to the settings menu, select 'User', To grant access to an assigned contact to a user, select the 'Contact Access' feature. Once this option is selected, the user will only be able to access the contact according to their access.
Contacts will be accessible based on your permissions.

Can sales managers view their team's sales data?
- Yes. Sales managers can access and oversee customer and sales records of their assigned salespeople.
Can administrators modify assigned customers and sales orders?
- Yes. Administrators have full control to reassign customers and sales orders as needed.
