Save Multiple Reports as Zip
Faster, Easier, Better
By default, when selecting multiple items and printing a report, Odoo stitches them together to make a single PDF. While this makes it great for printing the report quickly, if you want to archive them, or need them separate for any reason you need to print them individually.
This modules gives you the ability to change a reports multiple print style to zip. This will create a zip folder with individual files, each named as if you printed them individually.
Once installed, reports will need to be configured to use the zip format. Simply open the settings page in developer mode, then go to Technical -> Reporting -> Reports and select the report you would like to change. Once there, select the 'Multiple as .zip' option on the left hand side and you're done.
As name collisions may be possible, if two reports would have been given the same name, they will be given a number suffix (eg. report.pdf, report (1).pdf, report (2).pdf).
Odoo likes to use forward slashes in its report names (eg. INV/2019/0001.pdf), but zip files will attempt to create sub folders from this. To prevent this, all forward slashes will be replaced by division slashes.
Commitment to Quality
I believe that great modules begin with clean code. Not only does this simplify maintenance, it allows you to dive in and extend the code if you wish.
As extra features are suggested, each module gets updated to become bigger and better. Wherever possible, these features are added to every version, not just the latest, to ensure you get the most out of your purchase.
With every purchase, 30 days of basic support is offered to help get you settled. If you think you've found a bug at any time, please let me know and I'll get it fixed up.
