SLife's gantt module offers a global view of all projects, tasks and resources. It displays for each resource, all its tasks, each task having the color of the project to which it belongs.
Day, Week and Month view of the project schedule
With the option of day, week and year, we offer you the possibility to visualize, in one click, the gantt view of your projects by day, week and year.View of unassigned tasks + Dynamic search bar
SLife's gantt offers you the possibility to visualize, next to the gantt of your projects, all their unassigned tasks.With its search bar, you will be able to return your tasks from their labels and the keywords that they contain
Assignment of unassigned tasks and definition of the period by a simple drag and drop
By a simple drag and drop, assign a non-assigned task to a user and define at the same time the period of the task.If the period of the task was defined in advance, you will have the choice to reassign it only, or to reassign it and then redefine a new period.
Filter by project
Our filtering option offers you the possibility to filter the gantt view by projects.To do so, you will just have to choose, in the project search field, the projects for which you want to see the tasks.
Filter by user
Our filtering option offers you the possibility to filter the gantt view by users.To do so, you will just have to choose, in the project search field, the users for whom you want to see the tasks.
Filter by period
Our filtering option offers you the possibility to filter the gantt view by period.To do so, you will just have to choose, in the project search field, the period for which you want to see the tasks.
You will have to fill in the from and to dates of the period.
Legend for a good understanding of the diagram
By clicking on the "show Legend" button below the unassigned tasks search bar, you will see the legend of the gantt view.On this legend, you will see the list of projects, as well as their color.
Duplicate or Re-assign Task
Drag and Drop a task from one user to another to either- Reassign the task: define a new owner of the task.
- Duplicate the task for another user.
Show Task Details & Deletion
On the gantt view, click on a task to view its details.On the task details popup, you will have the possibility to access the task or to delete it.
Project Color
Assign a color code to each project so that it can be easily distinguished from other projects.The color associated with the project will allow to display in the same color the spots of the same project.
You can use the module web_widget_colorpicker to use easily a color picker.
Easily access the project planning
From the "planning" button available on the kanban and form views of the project, access in one click the planning of the tasks of this project.Gantt View Access Right
Define for each user, its level of authorization in relation to the content of the gantt view.Drag and drop options, assignment options..., are exclusively reserved to Gantt View Managers.
