POS Happy Hour Features
Offer Configuration:
- Set up happy hour promotions by entering an offer name along with start and end times for the discount period.
Product Discounts:
- Select specific products for discounts, enter discount percentages, and customize promotional messages including text and background colors.
Customer Selection:
- Choose to apply offers to all customers or specific customers, allowing for targeted marketing strategies based on customer segments.
Minimum Cart Amount:
- Configure a minimum cart amount required to activate discounts, providing a threshold for promotional offers and encouraging higher spending.
Pack and Extra Products Management:
- In-pack offers, select products, define minimum quantities, and customize messages. For extra products, enter quantities and set additional messages while customizing their appearance.
Dynamic Product Addition in POS:
- Automatically add free products to the cart when the minimum quantity for a pack or extra products is selected, enhancing the value proposition for customers.
POS Happy Hour Hour Workflow
- Navigate to Point of Sale > Configuration > Click on Happy Hours Rule.
- Create a Happy Hours Rule.
- Enable or disable happy hours to apply offers, select offers, and choose shops.
- Navigate to the POS screen to show discounted products and offers along with a happy hour timer.
- Display details in the POS receipt after choosing a discount and offering products.

POS Dashboard
Navigate to POS -> Configuration, then click on Happy Hours Rule.
Happy Hours Rule
Click 'New' to create a rule, then display the rule list.
Create A Happy Hours Rule
In product discounts, select items, set discount percentages, write a message, customize text or background color, and choose customer preferences. For pack offers, select products, enter minimum quantities or messages, and customize messaging. For extra products, choose items, input quantities, and customize messages and colors. Also, specify the minimum cart amount, toggle tax exclusion, and set a valid date and time.

Enable or disable happy hours to apply offers, select offers, and choose shops.
After Applying the Rules
After applying the rule, display the happy hours timer, discounts, and offer product details on the POS screen.
Pack Product
Automatically add a free product to the cart upon selecting the minimum quantity of a pack product.
POS Receipt
Show added products on the POS receipt.
Discounted Product
During happy hours, discounted products have reduced prices.
Customer Setting Section
Choose the specific customer option and select the customers.
Without Customer Selection
The rule does not apply without selecting a specific customer.
