Return Material Authorization Management

Website RMA - Return Orders Management (Multiple Product(s) Return Extend)
Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Management - Odoo App
This module allow your customer to create Return Material Authorization from portal and allow you to manage Repair, Scrap, Replacement.This app allow your customer(s) to create return RMA order for multiple products return on same return order and management of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). And also allow your customer to view return order(s) from My Account Portal.
Main Features:
- Your customer can go to Sales order in Portal My Account and Create RMA request.Customer can create RMA return order by logged into Portal / My Account.
- Allow your sales team to manage Return Material Authorization request in backend.Customer can go to order and click "Return" button to return item which will generate return order (RMA Order) in backend.
- Customer can see list of RMA orders in Portal / My Account.
- Allow your customer to specify return reason.
- We have added workflow on return order in backend (Draft->Confirm->Approve->Return). Allow your stock team to do return pickings from delivery orders (Odoo Standard Feature). It allow your customer to make multiple product/items on RMA order request from website.
- Before confirm allow your sales team to select Method on Return Material Authorization Lines.
- Allow sales manager to Approve Return Material Authorization confirmed request.
- Allow team to create repair order directly from Return Material Authorization form.
- Allow team to create scrap directly from Return Material Authorization form.
- Allow team to create replacement order (Sales order with zero price) directly from Return Material Authorization form.
- Print Return Material Authorization.
- Send by email Return Material Authorization to customer.
- Sales order form has reference of All Return Material Authorization orders.
- Customer form has reference of all Return Material Authorization orders.
- Link up of RMA order with Sales order.
- On customer form smart button showing all return RMA order related to that customer.
- Print RMA PDF Report - Print Return Report.
- Link Button "RMA Orders" My Account Portal on Sale Order Form View.
