COST ESTIMATION
This Odoo apps helps to calculate job cost and job work estimation for Material, Labor and Overheads Cost which easily send to your Customers as total estimation for the job work order. This odoo apps also helps to revise the estimation and keep track of all the revised estimations. Based on this work order cost estimation user you can also able to create quotation and sales order also its linked with job estimation sheet.

HOW TO USE THIS MODULE
After installing the module, You can see an estimation menu. Clicking on estimation you can see the Job Estimation Form.
Material Estimation Tab, you can specify all the materials required for the Job.
Total material estimation amount is calculated.
Labor Estimation Tab, can contain the exact labor required to complete the project and it also forecast
the total labor estimation amount.
Similar to Material and Labor ,Overhead project estimation will capture the overhead cost details
and provide the total overhead estimation amount.
Finally, Total Job Estimation is calculated on the basis of Material, Labor and Overhead costs.
You can confirm the Estimation to proceed further.
You can approve or reject the Job estimation, If approved it will move to the approved state and
if rejected, it will be in rejected state.
Once the estimation is approved, you have the option to create quotation and proceed further.
Orelse if you want to revise the estimation and make an modifications before creating a Quotation,
then you can click on revise quotation.
For every revision you can see a history maintained in the top right corner.
When you revise the quotation it will be in Revised Quotation state and you can add necessary changes and confirm.
After you finish revising the quotation, you can confirm the quotation and it will be moved to quotation
created state and can view the quotations created in the top right corner.
In the Sales Quotation, the order lines will have Material Cost , Labor Cost and Overhead cost derived from
the Job Estimation.
After Sales Order Confirmation, the Products are ready for inventory valuation.
