Attach a document, confirm the transfer notice and inspect every match, line and warning.
3. Apply, verify, post
Apply reviewed values to the draft, complete normal Odoo checks and post only when ready.

OpenAI API usage is billed separately by OpenAI to the API account you configure. 8cells does not resell credits or receive document data.
Data and limitations
Clear boundaries for accounting AI
What leaves Odoo?
Only the selected document, the extraction instructions and schema are sent directly to OpenAI after explicit acknowledgement.
What is stored?
Odoo stores the structured review, provider/model identifiers, token counts, timestamps and applied-by user. Raw provider JSON is not retained.
Does OpenAI store the response?
The request sets response storage to false. Your OpenAI account, organization and applicable provider terms still govern data processing.
Will it create or post records automatically?
No. It does not create vendors or products and never posts bills. AI output can be wrong and must be reviewed.
