Description
Configured Access Rights for All in One PMS Menu
For access all in one PMS goto Project --> Configuration --> Settings.
Enable mass project stage update menu.
For goto Project --> Configuration --> Stages.
Select stages and click on action menu, here display add project menu.
After click on Add Project menu pop up will open.
If user add projects in stages, then select Add project update method.
If user replace projects in stages, then select Replace project update method.
Enable Project And Task Priority Menu
Enable project and task priority menu.
Priority select in project form view.
Priority select in project list view.
Priority select in task form view.
Priority select in task list view.
Enable Project Stage Menu
Project stages display in Projects --> Stages tab.
Only visible selected stages for specific project.
Project stages update from stage update menu under the action.
After click on stage update menu pop up will open.
If user add stage in projects, then select add stage update method.
If user replace stage in projects, then select replace stage update method.
Here display updated stages.
Enable Multi User in Task Menu
Assigned to multi users field in task form view.
Enable Task Auto Assign Menu
For assign user goto stages, open stage and select user in assign to.
Current user in current stage.
After change stage to selected stage, then auto change user from current user to stage assign user.
Enable Task Checklist Menu
Import task checklist from action.
Importable file sample attach with apps.
After click on import task checklist menu pop up will open.
Task checklist display in task checklist menu.
Checklist display in tasks --> checklist tab.
Checklist display in task list view.
Enable Task Subtask Menu
Sub tasks display in task --> sub tasks tab.
If task move to done and sub task is not done then warning display.
If task move to cancel and sub task not cancelled then warning display.
Enable Task Mass Update Menu
Click on mass update task menu under the action.
Popup will open.
Assignee update from assign to, deadline update, tags update, project update, stage update.
Enable Project Own Checklist Menu
Import project checklist from menu.
Popup will open.
Project checklist menu.

Checklist tab in project.
Project checklist progressbar.
Enable Task Send By Email Menu
Send by email button display in tasks.
Add attachment from attachments menu.
Email popup open after click on send by email button.
Enable Task Start Date Notification Menu
Enter days of start date task notification.
Start date set in task.
Run schedule cron.
Email notification.
Enable Task Overdue Notification Menu
Enter days of overdue task notification.
Deadline date set in task.
Task deadline date is compared with (today's date - overdue days entered).
Run schedule cron.
Email notification.
Enable Task Custom Field and Tab Menu
Add tab from add custom tab button in task form view.
Popup will open.
Set here field name, label, and position of field where user create new tab.

Add field from add custom field button in task form view.
Popup will open.
Set here field name, label, type, model, and position of field where user create new field.
