Description

This module and mobile app enable users to authenticate using Fingerprint or Face ID, as well as perform Check-In and Check-Out functions using GeoLocation.

Notes:

1. "attendance_biometric" module is installed on the Odoo server before logging in to the Android app.

2. To ensure compatibility, kindly verify that the Android application supports Android 6 (Marshmallow) or later. For assistance with support for older or newer versions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

How to Login?

Enter user details
  1. Enter your user name (same user name which you logn in to odoo backend).

    2. Here example of odoorunbot "admin"

  2. Enter your password (same password which you logn in to odoo backend).

    3. Here example of odoorunbot password "admin"

  3. If you want to rembember login details then click rembember me check box. (It is optional)

How it works

Dashboard Screen
  1. Allow Location permisison popup.
  2. Slide to check in. (Slide right to check-in).
  3. Slide to check out. (Slide left to check-out).
  4. Bottom of Slide button you can check last 5 history of check-in and check-out.
    5. Security Note: If Fingerprint or Face ID is not enabled on the mobile device, the user will not be able to Check-In or Check-Out. Once enabled, the user will need to restart the app.

How to check geolocation on Google map?
  1. Open Attendance App from Menu.
  2. Click on "Check in Location" or
    "Check out Location" Link.

APK File (Android Mobile Application)

How to get APK file?
  1. Please send us an email with the following information:
    1. Confirm your order number
    2. Odoo version number, for example: Odoo 14, Odoo 15, Odoo 16, Odoo 17
    3. Odoo Server URL
    4. Port Number
    5. Odoo Database
  2. We will send you the APK file, pre-configured with the details provided, via email within 3 to 5 business days.
    3. Note: Kindly copy 'Attendance.apk' to a safe location. If you need the APK again in the future, a new order will be required.
