Also it allows you to create invoices easily from the timesheet logged for the project issue and helpdesk support ticketing system. Customers can view their ticket from the website portal and easily see the stage of the reported ticket. Also, customers can communicate with the help-desk support team from the website communication option. This odoo app helps users to create helpdesk service level agreement to customers from helpdesk support. Users can add terms and conditions and can print service level agreement reports.
