Employee Evaluation Management
This odoo application adds Employee Evaluation Management is a structured process designed to assess and document an employee’s performance, particularly during position changes or promotions. The process initiates with an evaluation request, specifying the employee and the transition from their current role to a new position. Once submitted, the evaluation enters a review stage, where only the designated manager has the authority to approve or reject the request. Upon moving the request from “In Progress” to “Waiting for Approval,” an automated email notification is sent to the responsible manager. As part of the evaluation, a survey is conducted to gather structured feedback on the employee’s performance. This survey includes specific questions and recorded answers, providing valuable insights to support decision-making during the evaluation process.
